A mash-up of the Billy Joel album cover for The Stranger (original cover photo by Jim Houghton) with a V for Vendetta adult Guy Fawkes vacuform mask substituting for the original imagery.

The Guy Fawkes mask became irrevocably identified with the Occupy Wall Street and splinter movements of similar political dissidence. Billy Joel (a life-long New Yorker and frequent champion of the common man) glances somewhat passively, and the mask seems more a curiosity than an avatar of real political change. As observers to this scene, we all share in its limited spectacle.
